Developed in collaboration with the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest (CISSMO), the Better Together program (Je tisse des liens gagnants) offers intensive support to parents and teenagers living challenging situations.
The program aims to:
- Strengthen parenting skills, to help parents better meet their children's needs.
- Reduce risk factors that harm the well-being of young people or increase the risk of harm.
- Promote the integration of families into their community by building connections and mobilizing available resources.
- Support the social and emotional development of teenagers, including their ability to recognize and express their emotions and to connect with others.
